Nuge catches up with the CW superhero shows, highlighting his love for John Constantine and the problems he's been having with Arrow recently.
 
Monts hits the end of phase two as continues his rewatch of all the Marvel films in the run up to infinity war.
 
There's also talk on The Wave a Norwegian disaster film which has landed on Amazon prime, Jean Claude Van Johnson, The Tick and Star Wars Rebels.
